These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://avanasystems.com and the products, services, courses, and text messages offered by HeyJay Technologies LLC, doing business as Avana Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Our services
Avana Systems provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud management, web design and marketing, SEO and local search, business automation, custom business systems, and related services. The scope, price, and timeline of custom work are set out in your quote, proposal, or contract. If a signed agreement between you and us conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
3. Orders, payments, and subscriptions
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before you place an order.
- Payment is due when you place your order unless your quote or contract says otherwise.
- Subscriptions, such as website maintenance plans, renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.
4. Delivery
We ship physical products to the address you give us. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Digital services and course access are delivered electronically. We may send delivery updates by email or, if you have opted in, by text message.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described on the product page or in your quote or contract. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
6. Text messaging (SMS) terms
- Program name: Avana Systems Notifications.
- What you will receive: text messages about order and delivery updates, account notifications, event and appointment reminders, and customer care. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
- How to join: enter your mobile number and check the consent box on our SMS opt-in page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: varies based on your orders, account activity, events, and support requests.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- How to opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START or sign up again on our opt-in page.
- How to get help: reply HELP to any message, call (757) 658-9660, or email help@avanasystems.com.
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
- Privacy: your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, belongs to Avana Systems or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for you is set out in your contract.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or infringe anyone else’s rights.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
