Cybersecurity / Account & Password Protection

Make business accounts harder to break into.

If someone steals a password, they shouldn’t get easy access to your business. We add extra sign-in checks, help staff manage passwords and review who can open your systems.

A second lock

Multi-factor sign-in means a password alone won’t get anyone into your accounts.

Easier for staff

A password manager remembers strong passwords, so nobody needs a sticky note.

Access that matches roles

People see what their job needs. Leavers lose access on their last day.

Sound familiar?

Logins are the easiest way in

The same password everywhere

One site gets breached and that password works on your email too. A password manager and multi-factor sign-in break the chain.

A leaver still has access

Someone left months ago, but their email and cloud logins still work. A leaver checklist closes that gap on their last day.

Everyone is an admin

Admin rights (full control over a system) on every account mean one stolen login can change anything. We keep them for the few who need them.

What’s included

Sign-ins you can trust.

The controls that stop a leaked or guessed password turning into a breach.

Multi-factor sign-in

A code or tap on your phone as well as your password, set up on email, cloud apps and remote access.

Password manager

A secure vault that creates and fills in strong passwords, with shared folders for team logins.

Leaver access removal

A clear checklist that removes accounts, devices and shared passwords when someone leaves.

Joiner setup

New starters get the right access from day one, with multi-factor sign-in already switched on.

Limited admin rights

Full-control accounts kept separate and limited to the people who genuinely need them.

Sign-in alerts

Alerts for unusual sign-ins, like a login from another country, so we can check and lock the account.

How it works

From first call to ongoing care

Audit your accounts

01

We list who has access to what, including old accounts and shared logins.

Switch on multi-factor

02

We roll out multi-factor sign-in in stages and help each person set it up.

Tidy the access

03

We remove old accounts, limit admin rights and move shared passwords into the manager.

Keep it tidy

04

Joiner and leaver checklists, plus alerts we review, keep access right over time.

The difference

What changes for your team

Fewer forgotten passwords

The password manager does the remembering, so resets and sticky notes become rare.

Leavers really leave

Access is removed on their last day, so former staff can’t get back into your systems.

Leaked passwords stay harmless

Without the second check on your phone, a criminal with your password still can’t sign in.

A clear access picture

You can see who can get into what, which helps with audits, insurance questions and peace of mind.

Questions, answered

Account & Password Protection FAQs

Straight answers about cost, coverage and getting started.

Will multi-factor sign-in annoy my team?

There’s a short adjustment. Most systems only ask on a new device or every so often, and we help everyone set it up.

Is a password manager safe?

A good one is far safer than reused passwords or a spreadsheet. The vault is encrypted (scrambled so only you can read it).

What if someone loses their phone?

We have a recovery process to confirm who they are and reset their sign-in, without weakening security for everyone else.

Can you cover the apps we already use?

Usually, yes. We check each app during the review and confirm which ones support multi-factor sign-in.
