Services / Managed IT Services

IT that works, so your team can too.

Keep your team working without spending your day sorting computer problems. We handle everyday support, maintenance and IT planning, with the services and monthly cost agreed up front.

One team, one number

Support, security, cloud and your website in one place. No passing the problem between providers.

Prevention first

Updates, monitoring and maintenance run in the background, so fewer things break in the first place.

A cost you can plan

One monthly fee based on your users and devices, agreed in writing before any work starts.

Sound familiar?

IT problems rarely stay small

Everything waits for one person

When the colleague who knows the computers is away, problems wait. We keep notes on your setup so support is easier to hand over.

The same faults keep coming back

The printer disappears again. The laptop freezes again. We investigate repeat faults so you can address what keeps interrupting work.

Every fix arrives with a bill

Pay-per-fix support costs most when things go wrong. A monthly plan pays us to keep things working instead.

What’s included

Everyday IT support, with a plan for what’s next.

Every plan is shaped around your team, but these are the parts we look after.

Help desk support

Plain-English help by phone, email or remote session when a login, printer or program lets you down.

On-site support

Hands-on visits for hardware, new starters and anything that can’t be fixed from a distance.

Network management

Routers, switches, Wi-Fi and firewalls set up properly, watched closely and written down.

Monitoring and maintenance

Tools watch your devices around the clock. Updates go on to a schedule, not when someone remembers.

Security basics built in

Antivirus, email filtering and backups set up and kept current as part of the plan.

IT planning and advice

Regular reviews of what’s working, what’s ageing and what to budget for next year.

The difference

What changes for your business

Less time lost

Your team spends the day on their work, not on frozen screens and failed logins.

No more guesswork

Your setup, accounts and suppliers are written down. Anyone we bring in can pick it up.

Steady, predictable costs

One agreed monthly fee replaces surprise repair bills, and hardware spend is planned ahead.

Decisions made calmly

Upgrades and new tools are planned with you in advance, not bought in a panic when something dies.

Questions, answered

Managed IT Services FAQs

Straight answers about cost, coverage and getting started.

What does managed IT cost?

It depends on how many people and devices you have and which services you need. After a short review we give you a fixed monthly price in writing.

Do you replace our in-house IT person?

Not necessarily. We can take on everything, or work alongside your IT person as backup and extra hands for projects.

Can you come to our office?

Yes. Most problems are fixed remotely, and we visit when something needs hands-on help. On-site coverage for your location is confirmed in your proposal.

How quickly do you respond?

That depends on how urgent the problem is and on your plan. The service levels are set out in your proposal, so you know what to expect.

Are we tied into a long contract?

We explain the agreement terms up front, including notice periods. Nothing is hidden in the small print.
