Cloud Management / Cloud Backup & Recovery

Be prepared when important files go missing.

Deleted files and damaged data can hold up your business. We set up separate backups of agreed systems and test recovery, so you understand what can be restored.

Restore, don’t rebuild

A deleted folder or a damaged file comes back from a clean copy instead of being redone.

Separate from the original

Backups sit apart from your live accounts, so one bad click cannot wipe both.

Tested, not hoped for

We run test restores regularly and tell you what we found.

Sound familiar?

Lost data is rarely a big disaster. It’s usually one click.

A folder deleted by mistake

Someone tidies the shared drive and a year of work disappears. With a backup, it is back the same day.

Ransomware locks your files

Ransomware (software that scrambles files until you pay) spreads to synced folders. Clean backups mean you restore instead.

A leaver’s mailbox is gone

Their account was removed and the mail went with it. Keeping a backup protects records you may need later.

What’s included

Backups you can actually restore from.

Separate, protected copies of your cloud data and devices, checked regularly and restored on request.

Email backup

Mailboxes, calendars and contacts in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, copied every day.

Cloud file backup

OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive backed up, including shared drives and team sites.

Device backup

Laptops and desktops backed up so a lost or broken machine does not mean lost work.

Version history

Earlier copies kept for an agreed period, so you can go back to before the problem started.

Test restores

We restore sample files on a schedule to prove backups work, and fix anything that fails.

Recovery when it counts

From one file to a whole mailbox, we bring data back after deletion, damage or ransomware.

How it works

From first call to ongoing care

Find what matters

01

We list your mailboxes, drives and devices, and agree what to protect and for how long.

Set up protected copies

02

Backups run automatically to separate, encrypted storage outside your live accounts.

Watch and test

03

Monitoring tools check every backup run, and we test restores on a regular schedule.

Restore on request

04

Tell us what is missing and we bring it back, from a single file to a full account.

The difference

What a tested backup gives you

Calm after a mistake

Someone deletes the wrong folder. It becomes a quick request, not a crisis meeting.

A way out of ransomware

With clean copies kept separately, you have an option other than paying criminals.

Records kept on hand

Old mailboxes and files are kept for the period you choose, ready when someone asks.

Proof it works

You see the results of test restores, so you know rather than assume.

Questions, answered

Cloud Backup & Recovery FAQs

Straight answers about cost, coverage and getting started.

Doesn’t Microsoft or Google already back up our data?

They protect their service from failing, but deleted items only stay recoverable for a limited time. A separate backup keeps your own copy for as long as you choose.

Is the recycle bin enough?

It helps with recent mistakes, but items are cleared after a set time and it offers little help against ransomware. A backup covers both.

How far back can we restore?

That depends on the retention period you choose. We agree it with you during setup and confirm it in the proposal.

What happens if we get hit by ransomware?

We help contain it, then restore clean copies from before the attack. Our cybersecurity service can help stop it happening again.
